Positive: The apartment was clean and spotless with very spacious rooms with an access to the inner courtyard which was lovely. Also, the hosts were quite friendly and sweet.
Negative: The apartment lists many ammenities that were unfortunately not present upon arrival. When we pointed this out to the host, they said they would remove it, but it's still there. It would be helpful for future guests if the listing accurately reflected what's available. The main issue for us was the breakfast. It was advertised as being included, but in reality, it consisted of packaged snacks and biscuits. Since we were traveling with diabetic parents, this was not suitable. We requested some basic items like bread, eggs, and cheese, but were informed that they couldn't provide these due to concerns about food safety, though it wasn't entirely clear what that meant. When we raised this, we were told it was a typical Italian breakfast! Based on our multiple other visits to Italy, that didn’t seem right. We ended up buying our own breakfast items, and also struggled to prepare it as the kitchen lacked essentials like a toaster, microwave, or dishwasher, despite some of these being mentioned in the listing. That said, if breakfast isn't a priority for you, the apartment is a good stay.

Positive: Highly recommended! The owner of the apartment is very nice and helpful. The apartment was super clean, very well equipped. Great location, close to the subway. Nice private garden. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Positive: The apartman is very cosy and clean, and calm. It had coffee maker with capsules. The host was friendly, helpful. The metro, buses, tram and restaurants, bakery was close.
Negative: The breakfast was included, but only pre-packed sweets. But the bakeries are very close.

Negative: Breakfast is really bad, every day we needed to buy some food (basic food like salami or cheese, nothing special), because we only had muffins, bundt cake, biscuits (everything sweet) and 3 little marmalade for 4 mornings

Positive: The apartment was incredibly spacious. With four of us, everyone had plenty of room. The host, Sylwia, was very responsive to our every need. We had two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and between them was a kitchen area and a TV corner where we were able to use Netflix and Amazon Prime. The location was close to two metro stations. Getting to the city center took about 40 minutes. To get to the Colosseum, you have to take three metro lines. The metro in Rome can be crowded. The apartment itself was great. There was a lovely garden with delicious oranges. I felt very safe in Rome.
